Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Blessing Store 7. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at odilleisaac760@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping costs

If the return is caused by our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover the cost. For all other returns, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Items that cannot be returned

• Beauty and personal care items that have been opened or used
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the item you want.
